Pendulums
Definition of Pendulum
A pendulum is a body that is suspended from a fixed point and swings freely under the influence of gravity. Ideally, the string or rod that supsends the body has insignificant mass.
The period of a pendulum is given by T = 2π√(L/g) , where L is the length from the point of suspension to the center of gravity of the body.
